  • 1 pkt MAGGI Hearty Beef and Tomato Soup Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 x garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh root ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 500 gm rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 c. sliced vegetables, eg carrots, (4 to 5) broccoli, celery, beans, peppers, cabbage
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Combine the soup mix, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey and the 2 tsp. oil in a bowl.
  2. Add in the meat and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for 15-60 min.
  4. Heat the 1 Tbsp. oil in a frying pan or possibly wok.
  5. Add in the meat and stir fry for 2-3 min.
  6. Add in the vegetables and water to the pan and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 min or possibly till the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Serve over cooked spaghetti or possibly vermicelli.
