Ingredients

  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Half and half
  • 2 c. Seasoned dressing mix
  • 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkt Onion C.-a-Soup
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Half and half
  • 1 c. Jack, or possibly Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 x Green onions, minced (including tops)
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Paprika

Directions

  1. Mix egg and half and half in a medium size bowl. Stir in dressing mix. Set aside till dressing mix absorbs egg and cream mix. Crumble beef into bread mix. Add in Worcestershire sauce and soup mix. Blend well. Spoon into a 9 inch pie dish. Press mix firmly against bottom and sides of dish to create a crust. Mix Large eggs and half and half in a medium size bowl. Add in cheese, onions and Tabasco sauce. Blend well. Pour into meat crust.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika. Place quiche on an inverted saucer in microwave oven. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) 7 min.
  3. Remove wax paper. Microwave at medium (50%) till center is set, 16 to 18 min. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
