Ingredients
- 6 x Steaks (round, sirloin or possibly chuck)
- 1 x Glass of beer
- 1/2 x Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- Â Â Oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Put salt and pepper on the steaks and fry till golden brown.
- 2. Mix the beer with the slices of onion, the tomato, the flour and a little water.
- 3. Add in the mix to the pan with the meat. Cover the frying pan and cook for a half hour. Serve warm.
