Ingredients

  • 500g beef tenderloin, sliced into strips 2 bunches asparagus, sliced (use top ⅔ part) 1 white onion, sliced 2 tsp minced ginger 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 6 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp cornstarch salt freshly ground black pepper peanut oil toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
