Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon, cut up
- 2 lrg Onions, minced
- 1 sm head cabbage, minced (4 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 x -1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook bacon in large skillet till not quite crisp. Reserve 2 Tablespoons bacon fat in pan. Drain and reserve bacon. Add in onions and cabbage to fat in pan.
- Stir-fry for 3 min. Add in bacon and cook for 1 minute more. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic pwdr, sugar, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds. Pour over cabbage. Heat well.
