Directions

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet till not quite crisp. Reserve 2 Tablespoons bacon fat in pan. Drain and reserve bacon. Add in onions and cabbage to fat in pan.
  2. Stir-fry for 3 min. Add in bacon and cook for 1 minute more. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic pwdr, sugar, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds. Pour over cabbage. Heat well.

    I usually leave out the Ginger, but that’s up to you. I always add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic along with the garlic powder. And my version has 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Hope you enjoy this. I’ve been eating Bee Chee for over 40 years! I still love it!
