It is an easy recipe,tasty,who could be served at a dinner in the family,or,when you don,t have many time to cook.Also,you don,t need a lot of money to make it.Some may say,that it is,like a dip,or something.I served with fresh bread.

Ingredients

  • 400g preserved beans,without liquid
  • (you can use also,dry beans,but,it tooks a lot of time to boil)
  • 3 or 4 tablespoon of sun flower oil
  • 4big cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Beside,1 tablespoon sun flower oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Directions

  1. Open the preserve,and drain the liquid.Put it in a bowl,add oil,salt and the smashed cloves.Mix them with the electric mixer,till is creamy and fluffy.If is not so,add another tablespoon of oil and continue till it is so.Put it in a porringer and level down the dip.
  2. Cut the onion in rings,and stew in oil till is crunchy.Add the tomato paste,and mix till is equal.Let it refresh and put all this on the beans.
  3. You can serve it with fresh bread,fresh chilli ,or pickles.
