  • 4 c. Cooked white beans Lemon juice to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper Flakes to taste.
  • 1 lb Kale
  • 4 x Garlic cloves
  • 1 x Onion

Directions

  1. Mix beans, lemon juice, salt and peppers together. Heat gently and mash slightly.
  2. Chop onions and garlic. Saute/fry till garlic golden brown. Slice the greens into shreds and add in to garlic onion mix. Saute/fry till greens wilted.
  3. Suggested serving mound beans on topof greens.
