Directions

  1. Saute/fry meat; drain and set aside. Combine next 7 ingredients for batter. Pour half the batter into a greased skillet. Spread meat over batter, sprinkle with peppers, cheese and onion. Pour remaining batter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
