  • 1 (16 ounce.) can green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can waxed beans, liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and cut into eighths
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2-3 fresh tomatoes, cut in sm. wedges
  • 1 pkg. Italian salad dry dressing mix and salad seasoning

Directions

  1. In a large bowl alternate layers of beans, artichokes, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Sprinkle liberally with salad seasoning. Prepare salad dressing as directed on package. Pour over layered vegetables. Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 hrs before serving. Stir occasionally.
