Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 3 strips bacon
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Fry bacon till crisp, remove from pan. Fry onion in bacon grease till clear. Add in beans, taco seasoning and crumbled bacon. Mash mix till smooth. Simmer for 20 min. Place in flat oven-safe dish, top with cheese. Heat in oven till cheese melts. Serve with taco chips.
