Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Red Jalapeno jelly
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh thyme leaves
- Â Â Or possibly 4 t dry thyme leaves
- 1/3 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
Directions
- Place jelly and thyme in microwavable 2-c. measure. Microwave uncovered on High 45 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, till jelly is melted; or possibly heat jelly and thyme in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till jelly is melted. Gradually stir in oil, stirring till smooth.
