Ingredients
- 3 lb grnd beef
- 3 x saltine crackers crushed l/4 c. water to each pound grnd beef
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, or possibly more if desired
- 1 lrg onion diced
Directions
- Make into patties and brown quickly on both sides, don't cook completely.
- Put into a pan and cover with BBQ sauce, bake 350 degrees for one hour.
- Sauce:Bring to boil on top of stove, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min pour over hamburgers. This sauce is also good on chicken, pork chops, ribs, etc.
- These hamburgers are so moist and juicy, any left-overs can be frzn.
