- 2 tsp Paprika, hungarian
- 1 tsp Cumin, pwdr
- 1 tsp Coriander, grnd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Mustard, dry, Coleman's
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly grnd
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, leaves, dry
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Allspice, grnd
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Rub on meat and chill the night before smoking.
- Comment: Consider halving the chile for a milder rub.
