A very nice and spicy Black Tiger Shrimp with an avocado dressing piked on it

Directions

  1. I like to Marinade for 2 days. Then put on a BBQ (charcoal)..3-4 minutes a side..let rest for a few minutes, then pike on the avocado dressing...For the dressing..put avocados in a strainer to mash through(no clumps) so its nice and smooth, add a little, oil and lemon juice, mix well. then i put it into a zip lock bag, and when ready to pike, cut a small hole in the corner of the zip lock, and Pike onto shrimp.
