Directions

  1. Cook roast covered in water in crock pot overnight on low 8-10 hrs. Pour off water and pull meat into shredded pcs. Saute/fry onion in a little butter.
  2. Combine BBQ sauce, onions, sugar and juice of lemon with meat in crock pot and cook on high for 1 1/2 hrs.
