Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T oil
- Fat or possibly oil, for deep frying
Directions
- Put together above ingredients and beat till lumps are gone. Coat onion rings with batter. Fry, a couple at a time, in hot fat - stirring to separate - till golden brown.Drain on paper toweling. Sprinkle with salt. Fat should be 360 degrees for frying.
