- 12 lb Chuck Or possibly Arm Roast
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 tsp Onion Salt
- 2 tsp Celery Salt
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions
- Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water. Cover and cook 3-4 hrs depending on size of roast. Add in sauce and baste. Continue to cook covered till tender. Thicken liquid with flour.
