Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake the spaghetti squash 1 hour 15 min or possibly till tender. Cut in half; throw away the seeds. using a fork, scrape the flesh into a bowl, pulling into strands.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the basil, butter or possibly margarine, garlic, and salt. Stir the basil-butter into the squash till melted.
