Ingredients
- 1 pkt yeast
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. plain yogurt heated or possibly lowfat sour cream or possibly buttermilk
- 1/2 c. hot water
Directions
- She claims which the yogurt keeps the bread moist longer (doesn't crumble as much). I've made it and it's good. She mentioned to me a while ago about reading which commercial bakers use emulsifiers to prevent crumbly bread.
