Ingredients
- 8 x to 10 large apples
- 10 x to 12 ounces minced pecans, almonds or possibly walnuts, or possibly a combination
- 1 1/2 c. sweet wine
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. sugar, or possibly to taste
Directions
- Peel, core and coarsely chop apples. Add in nuts, wine, cinnamon and sugar. If sweeter taste is desired, add in more sugar.
