  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in a container. To substitute for one can of condensed soup; combine 1/3 c. mix with 1 1/4 c. water in a saucepan. Cook and stir till thick. If you like, add in 1 Tbsp. butter. Mushrooms, celery, and other vegetables may be added. Add in to casserole instead of creamed soups.
