- 4 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- Combine thoroughly flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr, and salt in a large bowl. An electric mixer on slow speed can be used for mixing. ) Add in butter Or possibly solid margarine; cut in with a pastry blender or possibly with hands till mix resembles coarse cornmeal. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
- NOTE: After refrigeration, measure amount of mix needed; bring to room temperature for easier blending.
