Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can asparagus, undrained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice
Directions
- Layer rice in bottom of 9"x11" or possibly smaller casserole dish. Pour liquid from asparagus over rice, spread mushroom soup over which. Lay 4 pork chops on top, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Turn pork chops over, season and bake for 30 min.
