Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 or possibly 3 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c. barley, cooked for 15 min
  • 1 can peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Mix with the liquid removed barley. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hrs.
