Directions

  1. Rinse barley in cool water and drain. Saute/fry nuts in 2 Tbsp. butter till golden brown. Add in remaining butter and saute/fry barley and onion till tender. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat broth to boiling and pour over barley. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min, uncovered.
