- 2 lbs. flank steak
Directions
- Cut steak in 1/2 inch strips going against grain of steak. Roll up pcs, secure with toothpicks. Marinate in mix about 8 hrs. Grill for 5 min each side.
- Mix together in blender: 1/2 c. soy sauce 4-6 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr or possibly fresh, crushed 1 scallion, finely minced
