Ingredients

  • Up to 2 lbs. fresh or possibly frzn halibut filets or possibly steaks
  • 1 bottle creamy Italian salad dressing, any brand
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and vinegar. Marinade filets in the mix at least 2 hrs. Cook on grill approximately 10-15 min, flip over and grill till done, till flesh appears solid white. Basting with marinade while cooking is recommended.
