Ingredients
- 1/2 sm Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Tomato ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. Crock Pot Roast shredded, and any leftover gravy
- 2 x Hamburger buns
- 6 slc Pickles, optional
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in oil in a skillet till brown and translucent/soft. Stir in beef and leftover gravy. Add in catsup and let simmer slowly for about 10 min.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mix onto hamburger buns and serve with pickle slices.
