Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. sm. ribs, pork or possibly beef
  • 4 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 c. barbeque sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon warm mustard, powdered preferably

Directions

  1. Boil ribs to remove excess fat - drain. Stir ingredients together and add in over ribs. Cook in oven covered for 2 hrs at 300 degrees, baste often. Leave cover off fat about 1/2-1 hour.
