Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, quartered
Directions
- Mix soy sauce, oil, mustard, ginger, pepper and garlic together. Put the chicken in a shallow baking dish and brush all sides with the mix. Let stand for 30 min.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 min, or possibly till tender, turning once or possibly twice and brushing with the sauce occasionally.
