1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Salt, paprika, mustard, chili pwdr and cayenne pepper. Simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
Makes 2 1/2 c..*****
While there was no indication, I would expect which this is best with Pork, since the idea of 'BBQ' in which area was nearly always pork.
