- 1 x Thick lemon slice
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne (red) pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Liquid smoke
Directions
- Mix first 9 ingredients; simmer for 20 min then add in remaining ingredients. Remove lemon slice, baste of fish and barbecue.
