Ingredients
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
Directions
- Mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Brush Cornish Hen with sauce every 10 min for about 45 min or possibly till tender.
