Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- Onion, minced
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of chili pwdr
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Brown hamburger with onion. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook slowly till it thickens. Serve over buns. Can thicken with cornstarch if you like.
