Ingredients
- 1 x fat-free pizza crust
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. red onion sliced
- 1/2 lb fat-free chicken tenders, cooked
- Â Â and cubed
- 1/2 c. frzn artichoke hearts, thawed and
- Â Â liquid removed
- 3/4 c. red bell pepper sliced
- 1 c. nonfat shredded pizza cheese
Directions
- Prepare favorite fat-free pizza crust. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust. Arrange onions, chicken, artichokes, and bellpepper over sauce and top with cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 min, till crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Makes 8 slices, serves 4Using regular pizza crust adds 1gram of fat per slice.
