  • 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 env. onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 ounce.) peas and carrots
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler chicken
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can minced mushrooms
  • 1 c. regular rice

Directions

  1. Stir mushroom soup, lowfat milk and dry onion soup, and liquid removed mushrooms. Mix and reserve 1/2 c. of the soup mix. Set aside. Stir uncooked rice and thawed vegetables into remaining soup mix. Turn rice into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken pcs on top. Pour reserved soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs.
