  • 2 pound hamburger
  • 2 c. minced onions
  • 3-4 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 2 (10 ounce.) cans tomato soup
  • 1 c. Open Pit original Bar-B-Que sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. Fry hamburger till juice is gone. Stir in tomato soup, Barbeque Sauce and stewed tomatoes. Add in vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 min; stir occasionally. For extra tomato flavor add in 1 (12 oz) can tomato paste. Makes sufficient to feed a small army.
