Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • Boston Butt or possibly fresh pork roast (3 lbs. or possibly more double recipe)

Directions

  1. Rub marinate on both sides of meat. Wrap well in heavy duty foil. Be sure it is sealed so liquid won't come out. Chill overnight. Cook at 350 degrees (1 hour per lb.) in the foil.
  2. Remove from oven, pour off fat. After pulling apart and removing fat from meat, layer meat with bar-b-q sauce of your choice in baking dish. Return to oven 20-30 min. Cover for about half which time.
