- 1/8 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts, finely chopped (optional but a nice twist)
- For the shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Cornstarch
- Chopped green onions, white and light green parts, optional
- Canola oil for frying
