Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Blend oil and sugar. Add in lowfat milk, egg and banana. Mix dry ingredients together, then add in to banana mix. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
