- 2 sm. cans unsweetened crushed pineapple (sweetened in its own juice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon black walnuts (optional)
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar (optional), usually not needed
