Banana Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 c. Water
• 3 x BANANAS
• 2 x Large eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 1 pch Salt Boil one-half c. of sugar and one c. of Water together till the mix threads. Remove from heat, add in three peeled Bananas, two Tbsp. of lemon juice, And the two well beaten Large eggs. Add in the healthy pinch of salt and mash and beat Till smooth. This is a delicious warm sauce for Puddings Yield: Sauce for 3 servings
