Banana Pudding Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. white all purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 c. vanilla pudding, already prepared

Directions

  1. Place the Large eggs in a medium sized bowl, beat them lightly with a fork. To the Large eggs add in the vegetable oil, lowfat milk, mashed bananas and the vanilla pudding.
  2. Stir the ingredients till combined. In a larger bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, and the baking pwdr. Stir together till combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir it till it is just combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
