Ingredients

  • 1 x Banana peels, (1 to 2)
  • 500 gm Curds
  • 2 x Ripe bananas Rock salt to taste Artificial sweetener or possibly sugar taste Coriander leaves, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera pwdr

Directions

  1. Boil the washed banana peels in a little water in an open pan. Chop these finely. Chop the bananas. Churn curds. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve cool.
