Directions

  1. Spread the orange marmalade proportionately and in a thin layer in baked pie crust. You can also use apricot preserves with tasty results. Use thoroughly ripened bananas. Slice the bananas on top of the marmalade.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk; stir in pudding mix. Blend till smooth and slightly thick. Fold in the melted margarine. Pour over the bananas.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serving Ideas : Serve topped with whipped cream.
