Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 bananas)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. minced nuts, optional
Directions
- Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Beat in large eggs and bananas. Add in Bisquick and nuts, stir till dry ingredients are moistened. For banana bread bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min. For muffins bake in cupcake tin with paper baking cups at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Makes 1 loaf or possibly 2 dozen muffins.
