Ingredients

  • 1 ripe, medium banana
  • 1 1/2 c. orange banana juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks
  • 6 paper cool drink c. (5 ounce each)

Directions

  1. Slice banana into blender container; add in juice. Cover; blend till smooth. Add in sugar and cocoa; cover and blend well. Add in evaporated lowfat milk, cover and blend. Pour mix into cups. Freeze about 1 hour; insert popsicle sticks into fudge pops. Cover, freeze till hard. Peel off cups to serve.
