BANANA FRITTERS Recipe

Ingredients

1 beaten egg

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

3 tbsp. sugar

1/2 c. mashed bananas

1/2 tsp. baking powder

pinch salt
-
1 tsp. vanilla/banana essence

oil for frying

Directions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Drop batter by spoon in hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
- Serve hot.
