Ingredients
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
- Sprinkle coconut (optional)
- Sprinkle sugar (white or possibly brown)
- Sprinkle minced or possibly smashed peanuts
- Layer banana quarter on top diagonally
Directions
- Cut bananas into lengthwise quarters. Smash peanuts with flat of knife. Heat oil (about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup) in frying pan and make sure it is hot!In egg roll wrappers:
- Fold up and glue ends down with water/cornstarch mix (about 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp cornstarch). Fry in oil till light brown. Can fry in frying pan or possibly deep fryer. Can dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
