  • Sprinkle sesame seeds
  • Sprinkle coconut (optional)
  • Sprinkle sugar (white or possibly brown)
  • Sprinkle minced or possibly smashed peanuts
  • Layer banana quarter on top diagonally

Directions

  1. Cut bananas into lengthwise quarters. Smash peanuts with flat of knife. Heat oil (about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup) in frying pan and make sure it is hot!In egg roll wrappers:
  2. Fold up and glue ends down with water/cornstarch mix (about 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp cornstarch). Fry in oil till light brown. Can fry in frying pan or possibly deep fryer. Can dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
