Banana Coconut Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 x Peeled hard bananas juice
  • 2 x Tablesp. melted butter or possibly 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  •     Margarine Light cream
  • 2 x Tablesp. lemon or possibly lime

Directions

  1. Buy green-tipped or possibly all yellow bananas
  2. Start heating oven to 375 F. Grease 10" x 6" x 2" baking dish. Cut bananas into halves, crosswise; place in dish. Brush well with butter, then lemon juice; sprinkle with coconut. Bake 15 to 20 minutes., or possibly till easily pierced with fork. Serve hot, with cream or possibly Orange Sauce.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
